Powderhorn Mountain Resort is just a quick drive down I-70. With more than 1,600 skiable acres and 250 inches of powder each year, Powderhorn offers something for everyone.
The resort boasts five lifts that will take you to the top of Grand Mesa, the world’s largest flattop mountain. Among its 42 trails are a mix of runs for skiers and snowboarders of all ages and skill levels. No matter your riding style, Powderhorn has the perfect terrain.
Across the mountain, you’ll find three different terrain parks. Packed with rollers, boxes, rails and more, it’s an ideal place for skiers and riders to hone their skills.
Powderhorn’s base area is home to a full-service Ski & Ride Center, rental services, dining, shopping and lodging.
During the summer, visitors will find downhill mountain biking trails, hiking opportunities, disk golf and space for large-scale events. Powderhorn also offers a cycling center, free camping and scenic lift rides, all within a short distance of comfortable lodging.
